A not-for-profit in development, built around paid work, real support and honest money.
Two gaps, one idea
Many adults with disability want paid work and find it hard to get. At the same time, many NDIS participants need help at home and want it delivered with care.
NeoNow brings them together. A participant who wants work, with a support worker alongside, does a paid job for another participant who wants help. Everyone is paid properly, and every claim is checked.
NeoNow has been developed with the St Lucy's School community in Wahroonga in mind. St Lucy's is a specialist K to 12 school. We plan to offer its graduates a paid pathway after school and to share part of any surplus (15 per cent) with the St Lucy's Foundation. The balance is reinvested in wages, training and growth.

The research behind us
NeoNow is named after NEO Now, a programme at the University of Nottingham offering paid, supported work to neurodivergent adults. Research on that programme by Dr Debra Costley found that preparing the whole team, matching carefully, and improving after the first group all mattered. We built NeoNow on those lessons.

Where we are now
NeoNow is in development. We are working towards charity status and NDIS provider registration, and plan to open on Sydney's North Shore and Northern Beaches in 2027. We will tell you the moment anything changes.
