If you have an NDIS plan and want paid work, NeoNow can employ you, pair you with a support worker, and help you build skills at your pace.

What you get

You are an employee of NeoNow with a contract, pay and award entitlements. Not a trial or a placement.

Someone who works with you, helps you learn the job and looks after safety.

Choose tasks such as cleaning, gardening or company. We match you on interests, location and hours.

Short check-ins, goal setting and a path toward more hours or other employers if you want.

Families can be part of the start-up and reviews, with your consent.

Pay is set with expert advice. Some workers may use the Supported Wage System. We explain it to you first.

A short chat with you, and your family if you like.

We talk about what you enjoy, what you want to learn and when you can work.

We help your support coordinator see whether your plan has the right supports, such as supports at work.

Meet your support worker and do your first paid block.

We check in after your first block, one month and three months.

Your NDIS plan is yours. We only claim for supports you need and receive, and only when they are in your plan.

Will I lose my Disability Support Pension?

Earnings can affect some payments. We will explain this before you start and suggest you talk to Services Australia or a financial counsellor.

Can I try it first?

Yes. You can meet the team and see a block before you decide. Any work you do is paid.

What if it is not right for me?

You can stop or change tasks at any time. We will help you find other options.

Who can apply?

Adults with an NDIS plan who want paid work. We start with people on Sydney's North Shore and Northern Beaches, including St Lucy's graduates.
