How NeoNow works
A plain-language look at who does what, and how the money moves.
Three groups, one team
Participants who want help book a service and pay from their own NDIS funding for help at home.
Participants who want work are employed by NeoNow, paid for the job they do, and supported to do it well.
Support workers work with the participant who is working, coaching, keeping everyone safe and making sure the job is done properly.
A typical block
One delivery team, about four hours.
Travel and prepare
The team travels together and prepares for the job. This is part of the working participant's own support.
The job
About two hours of paid work, such as cleaning or gardening, for the booking participant.
Practise and connect
Time for a walk, a coffee or skill practice, based on the working participant's own goals.
Debrief and records
A short check-in. We record the times and get sign-off from the person who booked.
How the money works
NDIS funding is for each person's own supports. NeoNow is built to respect that.
- The person who books help pays for the household task or social support they receive, from their own plan.
- The working participant is paid wages by NeoNow like any employee. Their own plan may include funding for supports at work, and for daily living and community supports, if those are in their plan and they need them.
- We never claim for support that was not delivered or is not in a plan. We help support coordinators check plans before anything starts.
- Prices follow the NDIS price limits and are shown on our pricing page.
NeoNow is still being set up. We are confirming our claiming approach with the NDIS and expert advisers before we open in 2027.
