NeoNow exists to support people with disability, so our website needs to work for them. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
What we have built in
- A larger text button (A+) in the top menu that remembers your choice.
- An Easy Read page in short, clear sentences.
- Full keyboard use, a visible focus outline and a skip link to the main content.
- High-contrast text, and descriptions for photos.
- Plain language, with short pages and clear headings.

If you would like information in another format, such as large print, audio or a different layout, or if you would like us to read something through with you, please tell us and we will arrange it.
