What we collect
When you use our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, phone number and suburb if you give them, the way your NDIS plan is managed, and the message you write. If you apply to work with us, we will ask for further information during the conversation, such as your experience and the checks needed for the role.
Please do not put detailed health information in the contact form. If we need it to arrange support safely, we will ask you in person or by phone.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send you a quote.
- To arrange and deliver services, and to invoice your plan manager, the NDIA or you.
- To assess and manage job applications.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We only share it with people who need it to deliver your service or meet a legal duty, such as your plan manager or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, and with the companies that provide our email and website hosting.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you choose the larger text option, your browser remembers that choice on your device. The site loads its font from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers when a page loads.
Keeping your information safe
We keep personal information only as long as we need it and take reasonable steps to protect it from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Email hello@neonow.com.au.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first. If we cannot resolve it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
